did it start?<\/strong><\/p><p>Ondra lives in Prague 5, Radlice. If he has time, he likes to wander into the old gardens next to the \u010cSOB bank, for the bumblebees, of course...\u00a0<\/p><p>This place has a special charm. The spirit of old Radlice is still present here. Previously, there was a farm, fields, and an orchard. The farm was bombed at the end of the war, just like Fark\u00e1\u0148, Sm\u00edchov, and other parts of Prague. Gradually, a gardeners' colony emerged here, which gave way to the construction of a bank headquarters.<\/p><p>The nature trail, built by the Fark\u00e1\u0148 Association with the support of \u010cSOB, will show you what it looked like here before. Go and see these places, or make yourself a <a href=\"https:\/\/osfarkan.cz\/virtualni-prochazka-farkani\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">virtual tour from the comfort of home<\/a>.<\/p><p>Nature is gradually reclaiming the land. Places where people used to walk, play with children, go sledging and even skiing are becoming overgrown with scrub.\u00a0<\/p><p>In the areas of the allotment colonies, the grass was always mown over the entire area at once. I am actively involved in nature conservation and promotion.<\/p><p>He was interested in nature from a young age. He was greatly influenced by his uncle, who was an inexhaustible source of answers for him as a boy on all things related to nature. This was followed by books by E. T. Seton, G. Durrell and similar works, which he devoured and experienced. Weekends and holidays were often spent in his uncle's enormous garden \u2013 a garden full of flowers, insects and birds. It was almost the same adventures that young Durrell experienced. Then followed hiking trips with the Neskenon Indian troop with elements of scouting and Woodcraft (Woodcraft League).<\/p><p>Although he chose a technical education and profession for his life, he is returning to nature more and more, and bumblebees are one of those paths.<\/p><p>He is a founding member of the group and subsequently the association. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmelaciplus.cz\/en\/lets-talk-about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bumblebees PLUS z.s. <\/a>of which he is also the chairman.
