We've been given an opportunity to appear on Czech Television and present bumblebees and our work in the form of an interview. 
The programme is available here (You'll find 4 parts there). Hopefully, we succeeded and helped the bumblebees.

„Bumblebees PLUS helped Náměstí Míru Primary School in Liberec“ (iDNES)

• They wrote about the action in iDNES in a nice report. Children are looking after bumblebees in the school garden, and they are also motivating parents to help save them.
• Together, we helped bumblebees of the species *Bombus lapidarius* settle in a beautiful garden for children in Liberec.
• The action took place by chance, but symbolically on June 1st = Children's Day
• The school's work with children and how they foster an interest in nature from a young age is worth noting.

Bumblebees are a hit, but genetically modified „foreigners“ threaten Czech ones (iDNES)

• The report contains a number of inaccuracies introduced by the editor, but it served its purpose.
• it's not about „genetically modified“ but about lab-produced and bred subspecies of bumblebees

Not all bumblebees are the same. Don't buy non-native species that are only suitable for greenhouses.

• The topic of hybrid bumblebees also made its way into other media.
• The Bumblebee PLUS group was named as one of the entities that is highlighting these bumblebees and dishonest sales.

• The media has shown interest in our work and findings.
• An article has been published on Ekolist.cz describing the practices of a dishonest seller and their sales of hybrid bumblebees intended for greenhouse work, for amateur gardeners and those who want to do something for nature.

• On Saturday 25/4 we filmed an interview and videos in Prague 5 with editors from Praha TV.
• The material was heavily edited... 
• However, we did manage to spark interest in bumblebees and point interested parties towards a group that can tell them something about bumblebees and offer functional suggestions to those interested in bumblebees.
