MODEL OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE ČMELÁCI PLUS GROUP AND MANUFACTURERS AND SELLERS OF Bumblebee Supplies
Here we define the main principles of our cooperation with manufacturers and sellers of bumblebee supplies.
We consider this definition to be a clear delineation of our role so that we remain independent and impartial.
Our goal is to support bumblebees and bumblebee breeders, leaving the sales and profits to others. We want what someone produces and sells for breeders to serve well. That is why we support those Sellers and Producers who share our goals.
A) Main principles of our work on product development and innovation for bumblebee keepers
- We work on continuous development and improvement of products for bumblebee breeders. We respond to new opportunities, changes in the environment and the experiences of breeders both within Bumblebee PLUS and outside of it.
- We do not and will not do targeted advertising for products, we are and will remain independent.
- We have no sponsors, we do not charge anything for our work (exceptions may be specific solutions and tests that cost us more effort and money).
- We expect that the Manufacturer/Seller, by mutual agreement (see below), will mention our group Čmeláci PLUS as a source that provided solutions and consultation. We also consider this to be a courtesy. This includes mentioning the authors, the name of the group and a short annotation that supports bumblebees and their breeding (text will be supplied). At the same time, a link to the website www.cmelaciplus.cz and FB Čmeláci PLUS
- It goes without saying that not all products for bumblebee breeding may be approved by us. However, if we do not see obvious defects in them, we will not express a negative opinion about them or limit ourselves to them - not even directly. At most, we will cite the statement of the Bumblebee PLUS group describing our opinion.
- We are also not opposed to manufacturers/sellers listing us as a group supporting bumblebees and their breeders, by agreement. However, this should be by agreement and only for those manufacturers/sellers where we have no fundamental reservations about their products.
B) Defects and shortcomings of products for bumblebee breeding
- If we find any defects, we will notify the Manufacturer/Seller directly.
- If the Manufacturer/Seller responds quickly and shows a real interest in resolving the matter (e.g. responds to our call and in the community of breeders (clients) in the sense of "Yes we know, we will resolve it within
and we will fix the defect, the temporary solution is as follows>" This is fine for Čmeláci PLUS and we consider this approach of the Manufacturer/Seller to be correct. In case of questions, we will share this response of the manufacturer through our information channels.
- If interested, we can provide the Manufacturer with a free consultation (except for production technology, where our options are limited).
- We will look at the proposed solution to the problem during the consultation. If it is in order and the tests prove that the problem is fixed, we will be happy to support the change on our information channels (non-targeted, we do not advertise).
- If the Manufacturer takes a negative stance on the matter (i.e. does not respond and does not show interest in resolving the defect), we will have to directly notify the community of the problem and propose a temporary solution/modification ourselves.
- If the Manufacturer behaves incorrectly and attacks us, we will respond appropriately.
C) News/innovations from the Čmeláci PLUS workshop and their use by the Manufacturer/Seller
- After mutual agreement with the interested party (Manufacturer), we can provide new products from our workshop for use by the Manufacturer.
- Unless otherwise stated, we will make the new product available for free if it meets the following conditions:
1. The authors of the solution and the Čmeláci PLUS group will be listed by the Manufacturer
2. We reserve the right to see in advance how the solution provided by us has been applied. The goal is to be able to verify that its functionality and related instructions are in accordance with our design and are produced in the required quality. - An exception may be made for particularly significant innovations/innovations that were achieved at the cost of our development and testing costs. These were paid for from the private funds of the members of the Čmeláci PLUS group
D) Solutions by other authors
- After agreement with the Seller/Manufacturer, we can provide free consultations on other innovations and solutions than those coming from the Čmeláci PLUS workshop
- It may also provide statements that are not of a commercial or advertising nature regarding such solutions
- Upon agreement, the statements of Čmeláci PLUS can be used as proof of the functionality of a given solution/product
