Vojta and I are participating in the presentation of the Czech Institute of Information Technology. As part of the event, we were given a small slot to present our experiences with Čmeláci PLUS as a non-profit organization, as well as our projects.
It was an interesting event and this project had its place in it.

We are introducing the new ČSOB ecologist and member of our project, Ing. Vaáclav Voleman!
We got along quickly with Václav
Vašek Voleman was interested in nature since elementary school, and therefore all of his later education went in this direction.
He graduated in 2020 from the Faculty of Environmental Science at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, where he mainly dealt with the ecology of non-native and invasive plants in Central Europe. Immediately after school, he joined the Ministry of the Environment, in the Department of Water in the Landscape and Adaptation to Climate Change. For more than four years, he held the position of expert guarantor for the area of blue-green infrastructure.
In March 2025, he took up the position of ecologist at ČSOB, where he is in charge of the agenda of green maintenance, cleaning, the environmental management system, sustainability, eco-education of employees and the overall implementation of ČSOB's environmental policy.
In his free time, he enjoys cycling, going to the cinema and nature, taking care of his garden and aquarium, and traveling.

We met with Vašek on the property to discuss plans for the next period.
The goal is to create a longer-term plan that we will gradually implement.
This is great because it can help the sustainability of what we do together here!
