A few words of introduction
Over the years of breeding bumblebees and supporting beginners, we have unfortunately come across various sellers and manufacturers of bumblebee supplies.
Some mean well and we will not write about them here. Some do not have their own experience and produce/sell something that does not work or is even harmful (e.g. boxes with a hole as a scarecrow) - they are mostly trying, but do not know how to do it.
But some are not honest and only care about profit . Very often we meet a combination of both groups ... bumblebees are simply just a business for many people.
We try to negotiate with everyone , point out their shortcomings and, if they are interested, help them improve their products so that they serve. We do all this selflessly without any claim to a fee. The only thing we ask them to do is to mention us as the author or as a source of the topic. If they are not interested, that's fine. But if they continue to sell you poor-quality and non-functional products, we will write about them here and on FB čmeláci PLUS.
We will be happy to correct the text as soon as they change their products.
How you can help bumblebees and yourself
Your help is extremely important, effective and yet so easy, and we will describe it right away.
We will not name specific companies here, let's call them "Sellers". We will be happy if something does not work as it should for you and what you paid for, that you give feedback to the Seller . You simply warn him that he sells things that are problematic . Client relationship is important - thanks to it, the Seller can improve his products .
An honest Seller is interested in improving, but needs to hear your voice. If we do, the Seller will downplay it. One well-known manufacturer uses his favorite phrase: “Nothing is ever good for PLUS bumblebees” …
But as you can see from our work, we selflessly defend your interests and the interests of bumblebees.
Don't be fooled by another phrase you might hear from a Seller: "You're the first to complain. I've been selling Bumblebee products for ten years, including abroad, and no one has complained yet ." It's not true - it's just a well-known tactic used by some Sellers to reject complaints and even write about it on FB/website.
In conclusion
Do not be indifferent and do not remain silent about poor-quality products, no matter who sells them to you - give feedback to the producers so that they can improve their products.
This will save not only yourself, but also many other breeders, from the disappointment of unsuccessful bumblebee breeding.
